to frog or not to frog?

Have I been talking a lot about frogging lately?

Well, I made a beautiful sock.





It's Cookie's Baudelaire pattern out of Valley Yarns Huntington. In real life it's darker (a lot like that second picture) and a little more red.

Here's the thing. Although the sock fits me nicely, the cuff isn't particularly stretchy. This means that while it fits, it's difficult to get the cuff on over my heel. So I'm thinking of frogging the cuff down to the heel, and then re-knitting it on needles one size bigger. Or just leaving it. What do you guys think?
